Aaron Tshibola

I've opened a thread for this player because this looks as though it may have some substance. What do you guys think about this (if it turns out to be fact)?

Steve Clarke knows the player from his time at Reading even though he's only played thirteen games for them.

Never heard of the guy, but he does seem to be well thought of. Talented young Championship players are the kind of players I've said we should go after so this is a promising signing though I'd like ones with a bit more FLC experience.

In modern day football its important to have height and physicality in the midfield. Dier was Pivotal to spurs high finish last year. His height will allow us to win more second ball in that key midfield area both ariel and at the breakdown of play. I can't remember the last tall Midfielder we had, Barry was probably the last player we had in the midfield who was 6ft plus before that.................Ian taylor?  Got a good feeling about this guy if the transfer goes through.

Spot on Jim. This guy is only 21 but he dominated midfield for Reading last season until he picked up an injury. It seems he has character and attitude, which will make a good addition to Tommy Elphick's signing. Let's hope he signs.

Suggestions on social media that we're wanting to have both Tshibola and Golini (see other thread) in before the Austrian training camp. Busy couple of days ahead?

It would be essential to integrate these guys straight away (if we sign them). Evaluation of players becomes simpler when a comparison can be made. Austria was always going to be the watershed for some players.

It looks like these guys might get to the Austrian training camp after all, which is good news.

I think Tshibola might be a very good signing. He'll give us a bit more physicality in midfield something our current collection of midfielders all lack. Hopefully he will follow closely behind Golini in getting confirmed.

Welcome aboard, Aaron.

Three signings all completed fairly early on. Makes a pleasant change.

Reading fans are furious that he's been sold. That's always a good sign.
