If the strategy is to pack the squad with that kind of player then whatever happens it won't be dull AND we would hopefully get to see some decent stuff for the first time in a long time at B6.

If ANY club want Nzog it will be a huge bonus to get him off the wage bill. Add in Lescott and Adebayor and we would have had a bloomin great window in my eyes.

Realistically who else or what else do we need and who do you think we will get?

N'Zogbia loves the Emirates, let's hope it happens.

We definitely need a Premier League proven striker, and an experienced controlling CB. Anything else can wait until January (imo).

I'd be over the moon with Lescott & Austin think that would cap off a great summer.
I expect a couple more in but I think they'll be surprises and know one we've been linked with.

You know it's been a good summer when you've spent 50 million and still expect more signings

Ha yes! I except Tim will like to get himself a bit of action on Transfer Deadline day, he strikes me as the type that will want to do a last minute deal. Should be an interesting day. We have a specific thread in mind for all the days events. Should be good fun.

I think my expectations are reasonable for a Premier League club. I expect a twenty million pound net spend. We're well short of that at the moment.

It would be nice, but I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for it to happen!

Yep, I've heard this is a nothing story too. Probably an agent wanting to drum up interest for his client.

As VB said above I too also think it's reasonable to expect an owner to have a net spend of 20m (minimum a season) with that in mind we still have about 15m to spend plus two loan options. 'Could' be a busy old week.

I'm saying it'll be two more in. An experienced striker and a defender.

Anybody expecting more than that? Keeper? Full back?

I'm with you, I think those first two as well. Lescott and Adebayor are my tips. I've had a fiver on Ade

Five days to sort out our season!

We may have bought some excellent young prospects, but we haven't as yet ensured that we'll survive.

We need a proven Premier League goal scorer.

We need a proven Premier League Centre Back.

There is plenty of midfield excitement, but there is currently no definitive plan at either end of the pitch.

The plan has to be finalised, Five days to get the players in!

Get your collective fingers out RL/TF/HA/TS!
